Tipperary Arts Office is delighted to partner once again with Festival in a Van to present a new one-woman poetry play in Fethard Day Care Centre. 'What We Wear When We Go Out', a one-woman poetry play by Wexford writer A.M. Cousins, offers a funny and touching social commentary on Ireland and Irish Society. Using articles of clothing that inspired the poems as props and visuals. Cousins traverses and subverts themes and marriage, family, grief, and expectation. As each garment appears on stage, a new layer is stripped back on the experience of being of a woman in Ireland in the 1960s, 70s and today.
