Silver Arch Family Support Centre are celebrating Positive Ageing Week by inviting you to come and learn the basics of Tai Chi with Eoghan Cleary and see for yourself how it can help improve balance, mobility, breathing and overall wellbeing, and celebrate Positive Ageing Week with us. Open to all adults over 18.
